This just goes to show how bad people are at reading instructions and directions and details. Unfortunately for the seller, I guarantee that the person who won it won't pay.

Intersetingly enough...look under the buyer'* feedback. He got negative feedback from the seller:
"didn't/can't read ad then wanted refund threatened us with extortion bad ebayer"
Granted, the buyer didn't read (actually, quite of FEW buyers didn't read!) ..but the seller was pretty intentional about scamming someone - thinking that the disclaimers would cover his butt...guess not....he'* "no longer a registed user" on eBay...the seller got kicked off for this!
