Here'* an idea Garb, Come to the 2nd NEBF, bring your GF with, or not that'* up to you but come to the gathering. You can just hang out, do a little ( ) drinking, eat some good food, tinker with the Bonne'*, drink a little more (can't mod the Bonne'* without beer) and have a good time with a great group of guys and girls that all have something in common with you. lol, the one reason I wont go to a meet is I dont drink.

you have to realize that they are all respectful enough that if you don't want to drink you can remain sober.

Meets are so much fun. Heck Geoff had 6 (I hope I counted correct) BC memembers over and it was an awsome time. THe more the marrier

Whoa! Everything just got REALLY REALLY serious in here, Garb... I have to give it to ya that girl is so lucky to have such an understanding guy like you. Not many guys think like that. Especially the part about taking something from her that only one person can. You have a HUGE heart and I REALLY hope that the two of you can grow stronger together. Sounds like this break up showed the two of you just how much you really mean to one another. Way to go giving her a second chance..... those are always nice. I've been given my share more than twice tho. Although at times, I feel I don't deserve it. I guess I'm lucky, bc I know I make him mad and provoke him also, like your situation. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. If they screw it up then....kick 'em to the curb. Sometimes it takes some time apart to realize what you've lost. Like the saying goes "If you love something set it free, if it comes back...It'* yours- if it doesn't...It never was"

She may have just had a minor meltdown and then realized what she had done. She came back but don't be too quick to give back all that trust. Trust is earned and she broke the trust when she dumped you.

I don't think I can give you any advice that hasn't been given already. I agree that everyone deserves a second chance. And it seems like you have talked this over with her and have plan of action you both agree on.

As for coming to NEBF, you definitely should. I probably will be remaining sober. Bill is good about getting non-alcoholic drinks as well, and it is a great time for everyone. We would definitely be able to help with the heatshield and other ideas. Hope we see you there.

The last meet..there was drinking, however there were people not drinking also. It'* just fun, playing with cars and meeting new friends.

I was alternating about 2 diet cokes to each beer.
