I can see some youth and a good practical joke. I guess as long as you know who your playing the joke on, my family and friends know it would be better to set me on fire than to mess with my car.

A little off subject but what I find harder to believe than this prank is the fact there is forum dedicated to Tempo'* and Topas? I suppose anything is possible.

it just seems wrong....

Night2:
Moved his car 1 parking space over

Night3:
Moved his car 3 parking spaces
(he was about to go crazy at this point)

Night4:
Moved his car to another parking lot

Night5 (Grande Finale):
We moved his car to an inside courtyard of the school we were at

His car was .5in smaller than the door opening (VW golf) so we went in the front door down the hall and out into the completely enclosed courtyard. He freaked out cause he didnt figgure out his car could fit down the hallways. We laughed for 2 weeks straight

How about this:
1)Find another car that looks exactly like the victim'*.

2)Prepare the "new" car in the following way: a)Strap down the front springs so they can't extend any further than they already are. b)Remove drivetrain. Entirely. From intake to half-shaft. Engine, tranny, all accessories. Leave the battery and computer. c)Make sure that dash lights come on when the key is turned.

3)Switch the victims keys for the keys from the "new" car. Switch cars.

4)Observe victim'* reaction.

5)Laugh like H*ll.

6)Run.

we had a great time with it
We had a small army of prank people out the last night (we were all together in a theatre program) and we took about 4 peoples cars, strapped the suspension with tie-downs (so the suspension wont extend further than normal like gonneville described, but will also compress like normal) then jacked and blocked the drive wheels up just far enough to be not on the ground. Then when they got in the car, it felt like normal to them because the springs compressed down but not further up, but they started up, threw it in drive/reverse and went NOWHERE. All of this pranking was planned out and carefully detailed and researched over the course of one month between a group of three people controlling a small army of cohorts. And it took us pert near 4 hours cleaning it all up (unstrapping the suspensions and driving the car out of the courtyard) It was the most beautiful night ever. Us three leads, by the end of the night (were at the cast party) and we were hardly able to stand up we were laughing so hard. Its sad, because my two friends are now 700+ miles away from me in different directions so we cant combine our minds and do stuff like that again till summer.

My buddy said to me tonight about some commerical. If someone ever did that to you...I replied, no one ever would. He said..but but if they. No one ever would.

Then he said, yeah... your right. Everyone knows better.

If anyone should know that fact, he should. He once decided to ignore the warning I gave him. 20 seconds later he was limping and had a 17mm impact socket imprint in his kneecap. At that point he decided to stop what he was doing. Good thing for him, all I had left was a 5lb hammer.
