if you are sueing oveer an accident hire a lier or i mean lawyer. they will work for free. well take the money you win but they will make it to where he has to pay the fines off before he can get his lisence back.... that happend to my uncle in ohio. they got him for almost 60k auto damage plus hospital bills. in the past 5 yrs he has paid back almost 30k worth of it. and now that he has it 1/2 way paid he can get just work driving priv.

Well one problem.

the address he put ont he police report is incorrect, his phone number was disconnected.

I'm not sure where he is or how to find him...the only option I have now I think is to contact the probation officer.


We were crusing around in the bad parts of town yesterday looking for him and asking people but did not get anywhere.
