Default Going to court soon no clue whats gona happen?????

Well I gota go to court for speeding soon cause its manditory court makes me so amazinly freaked out I sweat so hardcore like sweet drains down my body I get so nervous... its for speeding 83 in a 55 $230 and a manditory loss of lisence for 15 days hope they lower it to 24 over so I dont lose my lisence cause if I do I have to keep driving if I get a full time job like I may!!! I guess I just go up there when called and sit there and w8t for directions so nervous and I'm not even there yet!!! Plus my probation officer kinda geeked on me when I got pulled over for that and now I cant have contact with one of my best friends........Probation sucks but I'ma move to a different co. when i get a full time job so I have a chance to get a nicer probation officer..... SO whats your advise when I go to court?

As far as court: Yes, I've been through it too. Just be honest, be apologetic, and take what they dish out.

If you get a full time job, bribe a friend into a ride. It'* better than going to jail for DWL.

Why did your probation officer decide you can't talk to one of your best freinds, if I may ask?

Best wishes

Christine

Sometimes if you know your license number by memory, they will take just that along with ID. Then again doin 33 over the speed limt, you might get 6 months suspension and traffic school

I got pulled over for doing 82 in a 55, they let me go with just a huge speeding ticket, I went to court talked to a hearings officer and gave him some BS story and he let me go with just a $80 fee and no points on my record....

Throw yourself on the mercy of the court, so to speak. Admit you did wrong, and ask for court supervision (i.e. traffic probation) or whatever it may be called in your state. It could lower your fine and/or help you avoid a conviction on your record, IF you stay out of trouble for the period of the supervision.

These experiences are designed to teach you a lesson, so hopefully it will do that? Of course we all break the speed limit every now and then ( ), but if you do it enough you'll unfortunately always get caught. Good luck, and let us know what happens!

Uhh, Im 19 but was 18 when I managed to get that ticket... You can also op to get "no same or similar" where they make you pay for court charges but dont put it on your record if you dont have any other violations for their set time period, usually 3 months. I did this with the careless driving charge when I crashed a car, although none the less I didnt deserve the charge, but they didnt even make me pay a court charge.
