i would say san fran is the best place to go... never bein there but i have heard about how much fun people have had when they have gone there.

I've been there a few times before and it'* OK but not as nice as San Diego.

....of course if you are Gay, you would love San Fran.

I believe they speak Portuguese in Chile, not Spanish. But if you learn Spanish, you'll be able to mostly understand Portuguese. Sort of like English and American.

In Chili they speak Spanish, it'* Brazil where they speak Portuguese.
