Chile is cool, some very cool people there. If you speak spanish though, they speak at about 300 mph.

Whereever it is, do you need a helper. I can take some time off my job. 6 weeks away from the wife, I'd pay you.

Can you afford to just retire and enjoy the good things in life?

No. :(
I could retire but would not be able to afford my toys and other nasty habits.

I figure on working part time contracts for another 5 years. Then I'll have my million in the bank and can enjoy the good things in life. I will only be 58, so I should have another 20 good years.

Santiago Chile it is.
A mining company needs some piping engineered.
It will be Fall when I am there in April but it is still warm. I don't speak Spanish but with my Italian heritage should fit right in. I know all the swear words.

I will reserve New Zealand for next winter.

There is another mining company in Madagascar that is building a $585,000,000,000. (Yup Billions ) Nickel mine. I was amazed at how much money they are throwing around.

Jobs might be tight here in America but in other parts of the world..ie.China, things are booming and they can't find enough people to work.
