Default Series 2 vs. Series 3

I've searched this site and google...... came up with nothing... what i wanna know is what is the difference between the 2 besides the UIM??? you someone could please take some time and list these out for me

one reason is i noticed my local police dept. started to switch over to the impalas which look really nice with the clear LED light bars.....sweet stuff!! but ya please?! Thanks!

the Series III UIM is all Alum..... The Series III UIM will bolt right up to the Series II LIM

Not sure on the NA models, but the L32 has a drive-by-wire throttle setup. No more throttle cable.

Correct the series 3 L26 is a fly by wire set up... Its the same engine with a revised upper intake(Alluminum )....

The L32 SC series III has some improvements over the L67... Bigger blower, and better internals... Not sure how much better, but improved...

I wonder how that new throttle setup is like. In some cases of drive by wire, there'* a slight lag from between the time you stick your foot down and when the engine responds.
