Default send magazines to Iraq / war areas?

I know there are some of you who have done this in the past, or who are still doing it.

My dad just finished doing a little cleaning, and ended up with a bunch of Field and Stream and Outdoor Life magazines I do believe. There might also be some American Hunter mags in there as well, I havent really looked too hard.

Im just wondering what needs to be done for me to do it, or who can I send them to etc.

What services would I use if I was doing it myself? Whats the cheapest?
