Default common water leak areas in 96 Bonne'*?

So my 1996 Bonne got flooded. I assumed it was in the cowl vent. It was full of tree droppings, and the drain was plugged. I unplugged the drain, cleaned out the crap. Also removed seats, carpet, and underlayment.

Trunk is pretty dry, mostly seems to be condensation from the pass compartment. No H2O in the spare tire well.

Big rainstorm last night, now full of water again. Car was parked the entire time. No idea where it came from. The cowl drain is only about 2" long, right? I just don't see where else it could be coming in.

Are there common areas this generation Bonne has leaks???

A bit of a long read, you'll find a lot of good info in this thread and the one linked in the beginning of it.
