...dose the supercharger has to be tooken off to pilish it / should it be taken off and how much dose it take to rebuild and bore out a 3.8 supercharged(canadian price?)

Yes, remove it to polish and port it. It'* really messy, and you don't want that in your engine. If you have the tools, it'* mainly your time and sanding drums. If you don't have the tools, I don't suggest trying it. If you just want to clean up the outside, that can be left on the engine. Just disconnect the battery because you will be working near the alt.
