Red Curse
I'm glad to hear your daughter and her friends weren't badly hurt in the accident. On the other hand, I hope she got the sh*t scared out of her. It sounds like she needs a serious lesson in judgement.
Not necessarily. One, they'll either make you take her off your policy, because she IS eighteen, or you can specifically exclude her from your insurance, and if she has three accidents at eighteen, I definitely would, even if only two were her fault. I would make her take over her own insurance at this point.

My parents had me on my own policy right when i got my license, no ties to theirs at all. that way if i screw up MY record it doesn't hurt theirs. If she was on your policy then you'll probibly take the hit for the accident too. and if she tries to get her own now, good luck. it might be hard to find. all depends on whats in your area i guess. but again, glad everyone walked out of that one.
I hate hearing stuff like this. Not just the property damage, and the potential for someone to be seriously injured. But my daughter turns 15 this year, and she'* already talking about "In just a few months I can get my learners permit, and..."
Glad everyone came out okay. No idea what you should dop from hear, tho. It'* one of those cases every parent has where you show up and "I'm so glad you're not hurt. Now I'm going to f'ing kill you!"
