The first real pictures of the next generation corvette without camoflage.

I still have trouble believing these things. They look the same size and all of a C5, and not much has changed. GM has kept this thing LOCKED DOWN, in a dark closet. They're releasing pictures, showing it off in January. I don't think they'd be hiding it this long. The C5 was started a lot longer then people think, it was supposed to be an early 90'* car, but it kept getting delayed and almost cancelled.

looks that the the pics were taken on a car carrier that goes to dealerships and such. Wonder what else was on that truck Blocker44 did you take thoes pics??? if not where did you find them

It'* nice, i still think pop-up headlights are necessary on the vette.....
Who knows, definetly gives it more of an aggressive look, compared to the sexier C5.... Bring it on! Lemme test it too, supposedly around 500 HP onboard to spank the vette in performance.

I heard they might have a 6.0 V8 with 450hp. Either way, those pics are nice! I LOVE how it looks in THOSE pics. But I agree, it needs the pop-up headlights IMO. All Vettes have had them since '63. Plus I personally like the look with them up AND down.

I know some people here in a Vette Club that personally don't like the pop up lights... but that'* why they make fixed headlight kits that you can replace them with. But so far it looks very good. You can't get much better than the C5 styling (IMO) so I like how the C6 is very similar. I'd hate to see a new Corvette that looks nothing like a Corvette.
