MS Paint. Open a background image, uncheck "Draw Opaque", then a little resizing here, a little pasting there, add some text. Done

you did yours with MSPaint? really? :/

All of these were done since the car was new in MS Paint over 5 years. Some lost alot of info when I transfered them to photobucket from image shack a couple years back. MS Paint isn't Phtoshop, but has enough tools if you now how to use them. I have used it since it first came out.
