Hi
I have read many posting of people trying to repair lights that are out in there radios. I have found a company that you can purchase new OEM radio for 200 0 & newer Bonneville for $180 new you need to install in your car and then take to the dealer to unlock around another $30-35. You can purchase the face plate for around $90 this is brand new part. I purchased the face plate for my 2005 Bonneville and it worked out great. It was easy to install and works great and it has a warranty. Below is the webpage.
