We got a check from our escrow a few days ago for several hundred dollars. It seems we were "overpaying" and the escrow balance can't legally be over a certian percent of the total payments out of it, so they paid us. Thing is, they are basing that number off a tax bill from last year that was for basically an empty lot. This year'* taxes will be 4.5 times as much.

So I'd like to put the money into a good interest bearing account and add further payments to it to cover our taxes. Does anyone know any good quick and easy type acocunts that maybe get a few percent interest?
