They're just showing their "availabilty"......that'* where sagging came from, prison.

At least that'* what I heard.

That was on the local news here, so that law must be spreading to several states. :?

If the government wants to cash in, maybe the cops should stroll my neighborhood more often.

Common sense, not goverment, should dictate how one dresses.

Agreed! Our government is getting too much power these days.

Well, I know it is a touchy subject but here'* my opinion. It is much the same as everyone else. I think it is tragic that these people think it looks good. The gov't doesn't need any more control over us. Hopefully it is only another fad that will go away. Can you imagine in five or ten years bellbottoms being the "in" thing again? Groovy, hang ten, flower power, all that good stuff.

How modest must we be that we can't bear the sight of part of someone'* undergarments? Sure, you may think it'* stupid. I think some of what people wear is stupid, even if it covers everything up. I don't sag my pants, but I don't see why there should be a law against it. Next we're going to say that you are required to wear 3 layers of clothing? Or that you're required to wear underwear? That should not be under government jurisdiction. I mean, what offends people is different to each person. A fashion designer would be offended by someone'* ugly clothes. An animal rights activist is offended by leather. I don't see how someone'* underwear can be harmful to see. Sigh...
