Yeah, i have seen plenty of the below the cheeks kind around here.
Perosnally, I kind of like when a woman wears the low rise jeans and you see the tops of the thong, maybe it'* just me.

The worst I ever saw was in a grocery store.
The guy worked there and had the sag from hell going on but what made it worse was the foot wide skid mark that was showing

the reason they let their pants sag is to air out their non showered a$$,$ so they dont smell in public. 
i say that law is bullshit... i say we start giving all pants sagging hoods the wedgie of their lives every time we see them... that will get them to pick em up......
