PS2 Emulator for Win XP
There is a PS2 emulator, and I've successfully used about 2. You need to have a spare PC to browse sites and search for a PS2 .bin file. Then, import that into any PS2 emulator, and you're good to go. Some will even let you increase texture quality and anti aliasing!

Yeah, I got the Bios and the .bin files, but it still didn't work right with GT4... I guess it'* a little too advanced. Maybe something simpler would work?
