i think everyone is on anti depressants. make sure you have someone watch you take them that way you dont have to remember if you did or not. it kills your memory bad

Doc want me to start taking these meds for the same. I am just scared and dont want to get dependent.
I believe it helps to some degree, and if the doc ever decides to take you off of them or you decide you no longer think they work, the doc will reduce your dose until your weened off of them.
I have been weening off Efexxor for almost a year and still I cant stop.

Zoloft works pretty good for anxiety. I'm on 50mg. The first week was hell. Hot flashes at night, couldn't sleep. NO APPETITE AT ALL, Hershey squirts.
