I didn't like how some of the wood didn't absorb the stain as much as other parts, so I did a light sanding and applied another layer of stain. Much more even now.

Polyurethane satin clear coat is going on tomorrow for the final finishing touch.

All done!!

I took the stuffing out and put in 1-1/2" acoustic foam. MUCH cleaner mids, tighter bass, and better looks. I'll take some interior pics later. These sound soooo wonderful.

Oh, one more thing. I'm getting a new crossover, so anyone interested in building these will need to wait.
