my aunts printer wont print. when u choose print it just sits their and does nothing. any ideas?

Is it connected (obvious answer if course)...is the driver installed?

ok she called me last night saying that she bought a new computer and she has 3 printers and its set up just as the old computer. 2 of the printer work fine but the third one just wont print. BTW she owns a print shop so thats why their 3 printers. but she has like 4 macs and now 2 windows computers. im not sure what brand the printer is but it used to work on the old computer.

when you go to printers and faxes in the control panel area, does it show it connected?
