I hate my license picture with a PASSION. For one, I had a hangover when they took it so my face is all puffy and swollen, two, I had just got up, and three, the picture just STINKS anyways!!! Too bad they don't offer re-shoots.

Ah well... here goes anyways.

Why do alot of the American one have "under 21" in bold above and below pic.

you have the birthdate.. so this will tell u how old.. is there a specific reason??
