not only do some states put Under 21 they also turn it sideways as well! a normal MI license is wider then it is tall, but a under 21 license is taller then wide.

its cool to see other states designs too

exact same in oklahoma. noticing by the date, i turned 21 a couple years ago, but its not worth my while to renew my license before i need to.

I think the main reason for the big bold "UNDER 21" is to make it harder to make a fake ID out of it.
