it says Pontiac on it, and had a interior redesign when it came over here... i'm sure that aspect of it is more Pontiac G8 then Holden VE Commodore or Vauxhall VXR8

Yeah they changed the back lighting to red and put a Pontiac emblem on the steering wheel so its not really a redesign. Did you see that saab 97 suv. Would you call that suv a true saab or a GMC envoy with Saab styling? G8 is a nice car but to me its not a true Pontiac.

Am I the only person that thinks the VXR8 and the VE commodore actually look better than the G8?

my only complaint about the G8 is that the hood scoops look . . . cheesy. other than that, looks good (even with its european stylization and i prefer the american stylization like the new camaro and challenger)

red again? Have they ever used any other color before? I thought they would switch up there back lighting. When I first saw the G8 I thought it was a 530 BMW which is the car they compare it to.

American car exteriors needs to be redesigned.....
Buick- makes old people cars now, no more Park Ave. (no offense)
Dodge- Avenger looks the same as the Charger, Charger looks like a lego.
Chrysler- 300 looks like a block, hate the roof
Saturn............
Pontiac- G6 needs to go, so does the G5
Chevy- Dam Malibu looks way better than the Impala.
Cadillac- Hate the from of all their cars
Ford- Taurus, 500, fusion, aren't those the same cars,

But anyway I didn't get to test drive today, maybe monday. I likes that holden concept, exhaust on the side and that frame is golden.

Yeah reds a Pontiac think like orange is BMWs thing.

I'd love to get a G8 GT, and when I can afford to get one then I will.
