Why do people compare complete opposites:?: I would hope a sports car could beat a family sedan, and that a family sedan would have better safety specs and luxury than a sports car. It even goes torwards the debate about show cars and daily drivers. You buy a certain car to meet your needs. Your not gonna get a compact car, if you gotta worry bout takin your 5 kids to where ever, and your gonna buy a gas guzzler if you worried bout spending to much money on gas. Everybody thinks their is the best. If your a GM fan - Gm'* are the best ever built. Ford fan - then Fords are the best that are ever built, and the list goes on and on. Now rice doesnt apply to just imports anymore. Since the Fast and the Furious came out I have seen more domestics that are so called "riced" out than imports. The only reason for this post was to help our fellow "auto enthusiasts" out. It doesnt matter if their modded their 4,6, 8,10, or 12 cyl. car out, cause it all falls back to one thing. Doing what they love to do - and thats workin on their cars. I respect anyone for what they got, and dont diss them for what they got.

Isn't this the "Bonneville" board tho???......why waste space raving about "rice/import" CRAP :?: there is a wealth of great information here regarding General Motors Products....and some die hard Bonneville professionals.....lets not litter it with foreign car crap...there are alot of rice boards out there to do that on..........

On that note then, I guess nothing should be posted if it is not Bonnie-related . Everybody is entitled to speak what is on their mind, or what they feel like talking bout. This post wasnt to just start bashing imports, it was to try and help those fight against this law that they are trying to pass. On another note, if the Mods. could lock out this thread so no more ignorant posts can be posted.
