About four years ago in Minot, ND we had a little girl named Rachelle Smith get kidnapped and has not been heard from since. The case reached national attention on Nancy Grace as well as through the AP but precious few leads ever popped up and the case went cold.

Now Rachelle'* family is hoping to revitalize Rachelle'* case by entering a contest to design Kyle Busch'* #18 NASCAR racecar. By clicking on to the attached link one can vote for Rachelle'* design every twentyfour hours.
