Your signature must have the [ img ] tags around your image link, but you also need a working image. Your picture is not showing up probably because it doesn't work all by itself.

For your signature picture to work you need to put the link inside of the <img> tags. So it will look like this <img>linktoyourpicture.jpg</img>
