My phone service has been all static since Friday due to heavy rains, so the dipstick came yesterday to fix it, now I have no phone service.
Is it just me or has anyone else experienced people that just don't do their job right.
Confirms to me why I do all my own work. Sometimes I screw up but at least fix it right later.

i acctually had that exact same thing happen to me except it was media com
they came out unhooked my cable line while i wasnt home and then when i called them back out here the guy took two days when it really only takes 2 hours...any way luckily their was another guy on the next block and i told him the story and he said call the cable company and tell them you want a hit and i am like well why didnt i just ask the guy to do it for me and my moms getting all pissed cause she wants to watch lifetime and shes got to sitt on the phone for an hour and finally it gets back on and her show is over
and i am not afraid to say that it was a really good show i seen it before
so yes i have had the same problem but mine was on account of i didnt pay the bill on time

I have this problem where I call a number and the phone lady chimes in and says " you cannot call this number from the phone you are using, please check the nuber and call again." Now I admit to being a little dyslexic, but I call these numbers all the time. I GET SO MAD SOMETIMES, because some days it happens all day. I call the phone company and they havent got a clue to whats going on. So yeah, I have had issues also.
