Battery life is based on way too many varibels unfortunately. Signal type, signal strength, which ringer you use (MP3 ringers use much more battery than midi, but still less than vibrate), accessory use, etc.
So, comparing battery usage from one user to another is kinda difficult. Especially if your not in the same location, with the same phone, set up the same way, using the same carrier..

only my Sony/Ericson S710a i get about 1week with little talking...
and about 3-4days if i talk more...

I charge up once a week and I use my phone all the time. The only time I notice the power go down quickly is when I use my speaker phone because my backscreen, although in powersave mode (Dimmed) stays on.
Another thing to think about is that Rechargable batteries are only good for a certain amount of Cycles. everytime you fully charge it the battery goes through one cycle. If you charge up at half bar, you still use one cycle. I usually let mine go down to the last bar before I charge it which I think helps prolong battery life.
I have a Sony Ericson Camera Phone.

ive got the W600 and i get 3 and a half hours of talk time, im not sure what im supposed to get but that seems pretty good from what ive read, it has a usb charger so when ever i go to bed i just plug it in, so it pretty much gets a full charge every day
