Default Phone battery life

Just curious what other members get for cellphone battery life when they're talking on their phone? I can't seem to get more than an hour and 45 minutes of straight-talking on my RAZR phone. I know that my old LG phone was able to get over 2.5 hours so it'* quite a big change. Do any RAZR owners get more or less minutes? You probably wonder how I can use 2 hours straight on my phone, and the answer is that I know a lot of girls who really like to talk on the phone. One of them I usually talk to for 1-2 hours everynight after midnight. I've put 28 hours on this phone since April. (it actually only works out to being around 450 minutes a month average)

kinda hard for me to say since I can't remember the last time i was on the phone for 2+ hours STRAIGHT. I have the Motorola v551 and its been rated that the battery life is pretty crappy...so i imagine the RAZR would be the same...

i know it sounds corny, but have u tried the whole drain the battery to death...allow it to fully charge...drain it again to death, charge, etc process a few times? Sometimes this makes a difference.

I say if you're talking on the phone that long...and if its at night...why not have the charger hooked up to it while your talking?

I can't get my battery to last longer than a full day most times wether I'm on it alot or not....

But I think I can get about 1 1/2 hrs of talk time in before the low battery chirp starts, then I have MAYBE 20 min from there?

Maybe that'* why I keep getting migraines.

But really, I'm not always home when I'm doing this long talking on the phone, and I don't carry my charger around with me everywhere.

What kind of signal are you getting with the phone? The weaker the signal, the more draw on the battery

I can get (i'd immagin, haven't done it) about 4 hours of straight talk time... 2 hours straight doesn't even bring it down a notch! and, i can do this for 2 maybe 3 nights in a row too without a charge. i have a friend with a razor phone and he can to about the same too. he charges his phone about once or twice a week.
Much the same experience with my old V551, as well as Kim'* current one and my RAZR. I typically charge only once a week. and it takes a few long calls to kill it.

I smell a battery issue, but some individual phones are different also.
