I was on the highway one night came back from work. I was dooing about 75. I got off at the off ramp and the cop pulls in back of me. I make sure that I take off very smooth. then next wendys the cops put his lights . So I pull over. He comes and say have you been drinken. I so no. Then he starts make me do alchol test I pass every one of them. He keeps make up excuase of why I would pass. So I tell just give breathilze test., He say you know if you fail you are going to jail. Of course I pass. Then he goes you know you were going 140 mph. I say really do see what car I am driving. I am drive dodge neon. You could have mod it so I pop the hood. He looks at say you are free to go.
1st if i was really drunk do you think I would ask to have the breath tested.
