Funny how people act. We get the same thing in Milwaukee.

lol I was thinking the same thing

I would call 911 though. I have to question how people in articles like these could possibly just causually step over a person who was just shot like nothing happened. It takes all of a minute to call for help.

Clearly if someone is shot a 3am, and there are people around a chicken hut, I'm going to say they are intoxicated and just don't care.

Some of them may have even taken pictures for facebook

The reason they don't call is two fold. 1) They are drunk and hungry. Eff you I'm getting my food. 2) They probably have warrants themselves so they don't call the police. Street rules here. If it ain't my business, I don't get involved. Not even to help.

(Note: this is not my attitude, but most likely theirs)

Certainly is my attitude. I live in a very rural area now that I'm retired but I worked construction summers and drove cabs winters for many years. These "people" are animals. Its not just drunk, its drug trade related and people getting popped on the street @ 3AM aren't chance drivebys. I'd want my chicken and get the heck out of there to. Not my business, not my life to endanger if it escalates or retribution is around the corner. Be a dawg, live a dawgs life, and then die a dawg. I feel nothing for these people or the story.

Very sad diatribe about an uncaring society. I'm sure that the three that were shot were not random targets and it certainly sounds like as prior convicted felons two died by the same sword they lived by.
