Pizza joints go through managers like water. Trust me. I used to work at one all throughout high school and some of college.
They use them up until they run dry, then throw them to the curb. Or, it'* just not worth the money... at all.

I'm glad that manager came through and did the right thing to you. I have to say the post I made last night was just after having a really rough shift and just getting home. Didn't mean to offend anyone or jump down throats, it'* just hard to understand how truely stressful the job can be on the other side. Am I justifying being late? Absolutely not. there are just extenuating circumstances at times that can't be avoided. The way you handled it was totally acceptable, it just made me think of some customers who can go totally over the top and no matter what you do you can't make it right with them. In customer service situations, never do i say any of the things that I put on that list. Those were more things that run through my head when I get extremely stressed out on the bad days. We all have these thoughts, no matter WHAT job you work for. I have the upmost respect for the customer and have gone out of my way to make things right.

Understandable it happens but i think he did the right thing by giving me my next order for free. People are like that no matter way to go wether its wal-mart of bk you just can't make everyone happy.

Papa Johns won't deilver to me because I am on the other side of the traffic light, their cut off point but I have the same issue with Pizza Hut. So I don't order from them unless I pick it up. Anytime I ordered a deliverary from them it would take them 2 plus hours. I live one mile from them

i'm a cook for pizza hut and while i kno stuff happens, ther was no reason why your pizza was that late...or cold...def should have been free. all the ovens are belt driven ovens that are timed...ours happen to be 8 min.....so unless we are really busy, an order only should take fifteen minutes max to b redy

Oh, now that'* not a good thing for me. The best pizza.....is the stuff that has been sitting on the counter in the kitchen for a day or so. When the cheese gets really chewy is about right.....

Then again, I've got an iron stomach. Some of my favorite foods would KILL those with a weaker constitution.

The best delivery pizza I have ever had was from Bilbo'* in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It got there early, was priced right, and was so tasty we ordered another one.
