This is one hell of a year, and it will continue to be one hell of a year. I just bought new tires in preparation for the insane amounts of rain I'm expecting we'll have. Crossing my fingers hoping that a tornado doesn't make its way up to the Chicago area. Its been a very long time since one has come up this far.

Glad you are ok and Bubba was unscathed and made it to the Memorial Day Parade.

Was great to see a Hungry Howie Pizza Store. When I lived near you (1986-198 I loved Hungry Howies with the flavored crusts. The garlic butter crust w sesame seeds was may favorite. Not sure if I would like Howie'* as much today, b ut back then it was a treat to get one of their pizzas.

supposed to be a big storm today/tonight not sure when.. i wish something crazy but not too crazy would happen here...

I remember one year a ton of our trees were blown over and blocked my quad trails.. we had no power for a week or more and our stuff was blown all over the place.. i remember taking the caprice down the road to a rest stop and filling up huge jugs of water all the time..
