ummmm if you need some help to swat a few pesky Stangs....well i`ll help you out 
Your stock SE will take a V6 Stang ....a V8 maybe a little more to handle depending on which model..5.0..4.6..both can do damage depending on the driver ..and what type of mods have been done

A friend of mine has an '00 V6 auto coupe. We raced and were pretty dead even (unti I hit the speed limiter, anyway). Keep in mind I only have 170hp. With 205hp you shouldn't have a problem beating the Mustang, though if it is a 5spd it might be close.
