dont ever use a reserve on ebay.
It drives down the final price in nearly every situation. I'd start it somewhere around 10 to 30 bucks.
Its a gamble with something like that...I'm in the same situation with some 100 year old russian money...cant find anything like it so its hard to say what its worth.

Here'* the listing. I put a reserve on it just so I wouldn't feel jipped cause I sold it for $20 and find it back on eBay going for a fortune:
