Kenn- it has taken you almost 2 years to decide? I would seriously think about the commute! I have a friend who drives from Bloomingdale to Tinley Park everyday and hates it. It would have to be some serious cash before I would consider the commute unless you are thinking about moving.

Either way you must be doing something right or they wouldn't have offered you the opportunity.
Companies love people who can work long hours and are dedicated to their work. They put them on salary so they don't have to pay them overtime and expect the same or more hours out of them.
