I was riding my new bike home last night (In case you all dont know I bought a 06 Kawasaki KX250F) and it was getting a little dark, so i was tapped in 5th going down a back oilfeild road and three dear run out in front of me. The first got off the road, the second i had to swerve to miss, the third came across and realized that he wasnt going to make it across at the speed i was going, and tryed to turn up the road the same way i was going or turn arround and lost his/her footing and slipped. I ran over its hind legs and caught air of the deer. Not much air. but enough to hear my enging rev a little.

That must have been quite scary to deal with. Did you stop and go back to pry your heart off the ground? Because thats where mine would be!

glad you are okay. Dusk is the time most deer are on the move. You are lucky you weren't hurt considering how fast you were going.
