But honestly, I've come across several arses in Liverpool, Syracuse, DeWitt, and East Syracuse. Too many bad ones IMO.
For the amount of people who actually drive like idiots and are criminals, cops will harass you for small things like 50% tint. But the law is the law.

hahaha i was on Erie BLVD one night at 4 am and 2 Syracuse followed me all the way to Custom Cars ( i was dropping off Big Red)

Yeah but when someone broke in and the alarm was going off for 4 hours and they were caled they never showed up till 3 days later..... what good are they hahaha
