Now they Have Gone to Far
who knows, mabye you'll luck out and you (and all the other people who get SCREWED on insurance in ontario) will get their rates lowered after the provoincial elections.
just a dream but it might happen

Insurance is so expensive in Canada :? ...geez...we only pay $650 per year for ours with two drivers covered, and full coverage for everything (up to 500,000 dollars injury
).
I feel for you...sorry.

hiya hailey! nice to hear from you and
for your sympathy for us canucks. but the whole scarier picture is that ontario isnt the highest province for ins. rates! New Brunswick and British Columbia are the highest. i heard of insurance stories where someone had a perfect record and only paying 800/yr to renewing for 4 G'*. no one can afford a fender-bender anymore. we need public insurance instead of priv. but i dont think any election victory is going to warrant any significant changes. so i guess all we can do is bite the proverbial bullet.

Man most of you are paying alot. I only pay $70 per month which includes liability and comprehensive. I have tickets on my record too. Geez couldn't in my wildest dreams be able to afford even close to $200 a month, thats crazy. I have state farm insurence and they already told me that if I wanted every coverage I could get for this car it would only run me around $150 or so per month. WOW thats some expensive rates

Sorry Hails, but here is where I belong...
Anyway, I took care of it. Clerical error. They double charged me for a missed month (Sept) policy changes etc. The actual monthly figure is $272 a month
At least its done. :?
