It was the first time since last September that I had seen the ext. temp. read 100*.
This is pretty usual for this time of year, but as they say, it'* a dry heat....humidity about 4*. Thank god for air conditioning.
The 109* was just after starting the car (and yes, I have the "recirc" button depressed to try to cool the inside quicker) On the ride home, it settled at about 102*.
I don't really use the oven mitts (I guess technically they are "pot-holders") to open the door handle, although some days it would make sense.
Pat, yes the birds "got" the Bonne....dad'* '66 mustang is back in my garage for the summer, so I parked the Bonne under a tree and within 24 hours, the birds found it
Ben (bignews1)....the nights and mornings are still in the lower 70'*....you'll be fine...you just don't go outside unless you have to
Tracy....every year somebody tries to fry an egg on the sidewalk...it never works and is shown to be a myth....they pretty much just dry up and not really "cook".

It hit 105 last year and it was hot enough for me!!! that was with the 94ssei with NO AC on a 3 hour drive sunroof down shirt off and still sweating I have a feeling my lack of AC might be a problem this summer but hopefully i can afford to get the system fixed. Its currently 65 degrees here right now --PERFECT TEMPERATURE. my favorite time a year because I can run with the sunroof open, windows down and be comfortable.
