Note to self.......
I'm brewing a new batch of beer, and trying something new. Using the same pan to mix the booster (sugars) with the wort (mash, hops, etc) as I always do. Only this time, I'm adding honey to give it a drier taste and boost the alcohol content by nearly a full percent.
On with the note:
"When brewing in the same old pan, and adding a cup of honey.........consider switching to a pan with HIGHER sides."
