Default Note to self.......

I'm brewing a new batch of beer, and trying something new. Using the same pan to mix the booster (sugars) with the wort (mash, hops, etc) as I always do. Only this time, I'm adding honey to give it a drier taste and boost the alcohol content by nearly a full percent.

On with the note:

"When brewing in the same old pan, and adding a cup of honey.........consider switching to a pan with HIGHER sides."

I was 5'9" and a half before my car accident. Now I'm 5'9" (half inch shorter). And I don't do weed. I don't know how I could get 'less high'.

Probably more like the best scraps from under the fridge, and the best socks from the hamper to filter it....

Some of the most interesting lounge posts happen when Bill is brewing a new batch of beer and MOS is incredibly bored... :P
