I was wondering if gas prices in your area have returned to pre hurricane Katrina prices?

Pre Katrina- $2.499/gal
Currently- $2.539/gal

How are gas prices in your area compared to what they were before Katrina?
Gas prices didnt go up till after Hurricane Katrina.
So the prices are still higher in most areas.

After Katrina, they spiked at over $3, but have dropped to $2.43, seen yesterday. Still slightly higher than they were before "K".
