And before anyone says anything, I hate gas grills. if I wanted to dook with gas, I'd cook inside....

I can't eat charcoal cooked food, it makes me ill :( I hope you get the grill soon so you can bbq all kinds of goodies!

Charcoal is the best way to cook, Im actually in the market for a new grill myself.

This happens when you start cooking before the coals have burned long enough. When they look like they are covered in ash, they are probably ready to cook. I don't cook on black coals. Well, that'* when I used that type.. I have a gas grill now. It'* quick, simple, easy, and almost as good as charcol. by all means, charcoal is my favorite way to cook a hunk of dead animal.


Salad is not food, it'* what food eats ! ...............as I always say.....

Dang, if y'all sold out of 'em, I may need to take my Boss'* advice (and the probable but chewin' from The Missus) and grab one on the way home....

The Weber we "inherited" from the landlord is on it'* last leg, and I love firing up the grill during the summer.

PLUS, this one is big enough to almost actually barbeque on (Yes, there is definitely a difference)
