New seatbelt laws take effect
New Seat Belt Law - effective October 1, 2007
The national Highway Safety Council has done extensive
testing on a newly designed seat belt. Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the
belt is properly installed. Correct installation is illustrated below.......

You don't know how true that is!!!!
This past winter while driving thru a blizzard to take the idiot son to his 'be there or go to jail' court date I had to tell the wife to "shut up and let me drive". I couldn't see 10 feet and her spazzing out over what we could see wasn't helping.
