Default Seatbelt safety

My driverside seatbelt sometimes doesnt want to retract all the way(on the bottom part) is there a easy way to get at it to see what the deal is? Or would it be better not to monkey with it and take it to the dealer?

This happens to me to, but not enough times to get annoyed with it. Your best bet would be to take it to the dealer & have them check it out. I think it has to do with the ratcheting. IF you wanna wanna glance at it just pop the cover off.
