Congrats Jim. I remember our conversation over dinner when we came back from our cruise. Glad you found what you wanted and don't have to go as far ( once the new building is done).

Yay Jim!! I'm happy for you. I personally don't like change too much but deal with things as they come along. It is worth it if it means you will be happier in the long run. Money is nice and all but happiness is priceless

Thanks folks

I had another talk with our partner in charge. He has asked me to stay on board until end of April, to ease the transition. Two weeks is not enough time for a newb to learn whats happening with a 56 storey building.

Heh, now I gotta break THAT news to my new employer.

Also, the partners want me to keep in touch with them, regardless of the time I'm going, 2 weeks or 10 years, they want me to keep in touch. Sealed with a handshake, and I'm back on track.
