Default New garage

I know I talked to some about my garage that I was building, anyways the biggest the city of Saint Paul would let me get away with was 1000 sq ft, well I pushed it as much as much as I could and did a 30w x 32d x 12.5h garage. Right now all I have left to finish is on the exterior is siding which come when in the spring, and on the interior I just got it all wired up, a separate 200amp service directly to the garage, 56 110v outlets, 4 220, 6 8ft long flourescent lighting fixtures with plenty of room to expand, over the summer Ill have all the insulation, sheetrock and high gloss epoxy floor coating done lift installed so over the winter Ill have a full shop ready for my disposal...

For anyone going into a building project keep in mind all expenses, I over shot my budget by thousands as of now, when its completed my first calculations to finished project will be off almost $10,000.

Pics of progress up until snow fell.
